St. Luke's Regional Medical Center

The following projects are representatives of remodeling and renovation projects for St. Luke's Regional Medical Center.

All of the projects required analysis and recording of existing building conditions, code evaluation, and development of conceptual plans and strategies for upgrading to current code and technical requirements.

Coordination was required between the consultants, St. Luke's Regional Medical Center staff, construction departments and with Boise City and State agencies having jurisdiction over the building and fire safety aspects of the projects.

The design challenge was to integrate advanced technology into existing facilities, some dating to the 1920's, with minimal disruption of services or patient care on floors next to, above and below the project areas.
