This project is an addition and remodeling of the former Union Farm and Garden Supply Store into a furniture and furnishings store. The existing metal fascia will be removed and replaced with a rough-hewn post and beam arcade. The arcade will have galvanized corrugated metal roofing that has been treated to look aged. The southern open display area will be enclosed. A combination of glazing and fully glazed overhead doors will allow light into the display areas. In good weather, the doors will be opened to the exterior court, which will display outdoor furniture and accessories.

The main entrance will be relocated to the southeast corner of the building. A "porch" with a peaked distressed metal roof will be constructed to define the entry and express the "Old World" theme of the store. The east and south facades will be refinished in two tones of stucco. The remainder of the building will be painted to match the stucco. Distressed wood will be used for the exterior soffits and as false mullions in the existing window.
