We are the architect for the Christensen Corporation providing planning, design and tenant improvement permit drawings for the Ninth and Idaho building tenants. Services have included field verification of construction to assure accurate base plans, meetings and existing facility surveys with potential clients, conceptual space planning, design development and production of drawings for permitting and construction. Sample plans are shown below.

To date we have provided plans for the following tenants:

9th and Idaho Ground Level Street Level: Kandor- (kitchen ware, accessories, gifts) and Lavender (perfume, candles, etc.) Conceptual planning for a jewelry store and travel agency.
2nd Floor: Northwest Research Center (research consultant). Conceptual planning for law offices.

9th and Idaho 3rd Floor 3rd and 4th Floors: Sedgwick of Idaho (international insurance brokerage firm).

5th Floor: Conceptual planning for property management company, executive suites, common break and conferencing center.

6 & 7th Floors: Conceptual planning for law firms, insurance companies, financial brokerage, and consulting firms. 9th and Idaho 6th and 7th Floor
